How to enroll in the Max Vantage Program
  • Guest will receive welcome package with card and welcome letter
  • Only one registration is allowed per person. Members of the same household may sign up for unique accounts. Points may be combined among members of the same household only
Earning Points
  • Earn one point for every dollar spent on food and beverages in all Max restaurants
  • Earn one point for every dollar spent on the purchase of Max dining cards, but not for their redemption
  • Earn one point for every dollar spent on Max Catering events
  • Point values may change for certain promotions
  • The points-per-dollar ratio can be changed at any time
  • For discounts, including but not limited to JCC program, half-priced wine specials, two-for-one specials or Max Moola, points are only earned on the non-discount portion of the check
  • Loyalty card must be presented at the time of purchase to earn points. Lost cards can be replaced by the Max Restaurant Group office
  • In the event of a split check or multiple members dining together, points will only be earned for each individual member's portion of the check
Redeeming Points
  • Points may not be combined except among members of the same household. Please call the Max Corporate Office to combine points: 860.522.9806 x18
  • The available number of points must be sufficient to purchase the reward. No other form of payment is accepted on the website
  • Rewards and point values are subject to change
